The Kentucky Chess Association is governed by its bylaws. Scholastic competitions are organized according to the Blue Book. The KCA will have its annual meeting of members at the Kentucky Open at 1 PM on 8 June at the George Patton Museum of Leadership in Ft. Knox, KY.
